LOEWE-Schwerpunkt "Softcontrol" (2011-2014)

Prof. Dr. Meyer-Almes headed the sub-project  "Analysis of conformational changes of grafted polymers and protein interactions with switchable polymer films using fluorescence spectroscopy". Azobenzene was used to photocontrol the enzyme activity of histone deacetylase like amidohydrolase from Bordetelle/Alcaligenes. Further information can be found on the SoftControl-homepage and a poster.
